Church Life

The biblical picture of Christian church doesn’t begin and end with Sunday meetings. In the book of Acts, we get a picture of a dynamic, spirit-filled group of people who loved Jesus and were involved with one another’s lives day in day out.

As well as the limited list of ‘organised’ activities listed below, you will find that we spend a lot of time together doing different things during the week. Whether that’s meeting for coffee, praying together, sharing meals, going to the cinema and even music gigs. Church life looks like family life.

WEEKLY MEETINGS:
SMALL GROUPS

One of the primary ways we outwork community is to meet together during the week in our Small (and not so small) Groups.

Each group looks slightly different with something on offer for everyone. We love food and fellowship so expect to be well fed, both physically and spiritually.

Prayer is the lifeblood of everything we do.

We meet every Thursday at 9:30am – 10:30am on Zoom for our prayer meeting, and monthly in-person on a Sunday evening 7- 8pm.

We aim to worship together and pray for the things that God puts on our heart.

PRAYER
COFFEE MORNING
CONNECT YOUTH

Every Tuesday morning 10:00am-12:00pm during term time, the women in the church meet for tea and coffee. The venue changes weekly, so be sure to check the calendar for this week’s location.

We love having young people as part of our community and most of our church activities will include people from all ages, but we also host youth specific events throughout the year to CONNECT our young people with each other and into church life.
